4. Account & Data

You own the data you upload to SERA. We store your data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership over your evidence, documents, or other content. You may export or delete your data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use SERA to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Interfere with the service or its infrastructure

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SERA, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SERA at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
